Passionate About Growth and Relationships: I believe that growth is not just about achieving milestones; it’s a continuous journey of learning and self-improvement. Any individual would have gone through challenging moments in their life that may have been painful, but these are opportunities for personal growth and sometimes, it is about the right perspectives, and strategies to recover and to grow.
Seeing individuals and relationships thrive and achieve their full potential is what truly drives me. Moreover, I’m genuinely passionate about building authentic and lasting relationships with our clients, partners, and colleagues. Experienced and Results-Driven: With more than two decades of experience as a licensed social work and counselling professional, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients in the community setting and in the medical setting locally and overseas. From cultivating professional skills to equipping one with practical strategies to cope with distress and emotional difficulties, to fostering positive relationships, I am committed to delivering tangible results and helping our clients learn, heal, grow, and make progress.

A Bit About Me: Beyond the professional sphere, you can find me in nature with my family. My family has also learned much about ourselves and one another through our travelling experiences. Maintaining a balanced life and investing in the well-being of the physical, emotional, and spiritual self, further reinforces my commitment to nurturing growth in all aspects of life.
