Mind-Body Relaxation (20 mins)
Stress comes in various forms, affecting our mind and body in more ways than we may realise. You will get to know about the mind-body connection, and relaxation strategies you can use in your daily lives, so you can stop telling yourself “I will wait for my vacation then I can relax”.
